The Anchors-A-Weigh Cruise is designed to have fun and learn something about Weight Loss along the way. It’s our goal to provide you with the basics of nutrition and physical activity, so you have the information, skills and strategies you need for successful weight loss and well being. Losing weight requires self-awareness and commitment to modifying your choices and behaviors. It is our intent to give you tools to Motivate, supply tips for Healthy eating, to get you moving, surround you with a great support team of people all having the same goals in mind and most of all to have fun. No one will be keeping track of what you eat or your activities, it is totally up to you on how much you involve yourself. This is your Vacation for you to do as little or as much as you like, but know that there is plenty available to include yourself in and to help you achieve your weight loss dreams and goals.
Weight Loss is not guaranteed. It is your own responsibility to consult a Physician before starting a weight loss program and exercise plan. Weight Loss can be dependent on your food and beverage choices, health conditions, incorporating exercise and a reduced caloric intake.

CABINS and RATES
Our price includes sailing on the Carnival Spirit, food and entertainment onboard, all scheduled group events and onboard activities. Pricing is per person based on double occupancy
Not included Government taxes of $70.43, prepaid gratuities, airfare, pre and post cruise transportation, lodging, excursions, gambling, alcoholic beverages or sodas, and any purchases, items and expenses of personal nature on board or in port.
Travel Requirements A valid passport is not required for travel, but strongly recommended. In the case of an emergency without a passport you would not be able to fly home. Birth Certificate and Government issued photo ID is okay for US Citizens. If you are a foreign citizen, please contact us at CruisinbySusan@aol.com for travel requirements
We will also help with booking your flight, hotel room and transportation to and from the ship between Airport and Hotels
